We treat every order with the same care it was given during the stitching process, ensuring it is packed securely and ready for its journey to your home. We rely on trusted courier partners to get your items to you safely, whether you are just down the street in Karachi or halfway across the world. Our goal is to make the wait time feel short and the arrival of your package feel like a special event.

Our team processes every order within 1 to 2 working days, performing a final quality check before handing it over to our courier partners. We believe in communication, so as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop, we will share a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. This allows you to monitor its progress in real-time. If you ever have concerns, our support team is available from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

●      Domestic: Orders within Pakistan are delivered in 7–14 working days for a flat rate of PKR 350.

●      International: Worldwide shipping takes 14–21 working days based on the destination.

●      Processing: We prioritize a 1–2 working day window to prepare garments for transit.

●      Tracking: Numbers are sent immediately upon dispatch so you can follow your order’s journey.
